Order Policy

Pick Up and Delivery: For the customer’s protection, prepaid ticket orders will not be left at the hotel front desk or at the attraction gate. All deliveries will be made only after the customer has contacted our office to verify the arrival at their resort/hotel. All orders canceled either: [1] four days prior to the arrival date; [2] anytime after the arrival date; or [3] after the guest requested a “Charge Now”; or [4] includes Advanced Purchase Disney World tickets- will be charged a $25.00 cancellation fee.

Picture identification (Driver's license/state issued ID or passport), matching the credit card, will be required upon delivery or pick up along with the original credit card.

FedEx: Tickets ordered will be shipped to the billing address of the cardholder only.

All Disney® prices listed are good ONLY on advanced purchase orders. Orders must be placed before the guest arrives and paid at the time of order placement to receive these prices.

Tickets shipped, picked up or delivered cannot be cancelled or returned due to contractual obligations with the theme parks. Prices are subject to change.
