Q:  How long have you been in business selling theme park tickets online?

A:  We registered the domain name on December 26, 1999, and went online the first week of January, 2000.  We have
     been partners with The Official Ticket Center since day one.

Q:  Is this the only website you own/operate?

A:  No, we actually have other ticket websites, as well as several hotel/motel rental web sites, and a condo rental website.

Q:  Are these vouchers that we will have to swap?  If not, then how does this work?

A:  We do not deal with vouchers.  Our tickets are the very same tickets you would get at the gate, except they are at a
     cheaper price, plus you do not have to wait in line.  There is NO gimmick to our prices, you simply have to pay for them.
     There is no boring, timeshare offering, no welcome breakfast, or anything like that.  You simply order them in advance,
     then pick them up, or have them delivered.

Q:  Some other website are offering packages, why not you?
A:  Packages are nothing special.  They are simply a combination of single park tickets, packaged together, then offered
     at the original combined price of the tickets.  There are not any additional discounts to a package offering, just
     something to mislead you into thinking you are saving additional money.
Q:  If we are unsure of what all we want to see, what do you suggest?

A:  If you know you are going to spend 4 or 5 days at Disney, then get that ticket.  Purchase the tickets you know you are
     going to have enough time to see, and if you have extra time left, then you can always either stop by our ticket center
     and purchase additional tickets, or order them online, and have them delivered.

Q:  There seems to be a lot of web sites selling tickets.  Any advice?

A:  Whether or not you purchase your tickets from us, I suggest you check the other web site out thoroughly before you
     give them your credit card number.  Verify how long they have actually been online selling tickets.  You can do this at
     quite a few different web sites, but I recommend
kloth.net.  You can check the actual date the domain name was
     registered, etc.  Here you would look "Creation date:" to see when that particular domain name was registered.  Quite
     a few web sites will lead you to believe they have been online for 'years' when in fact, have actually been online a
     very short time.  If a web site would deceive to you and make you believe they have been online for 'years', but in
     reality,  only been online for a short time, why trust them with your credit card number?  We only believe in telling the

by misleading our clients.

Q:  What if we loose the tickets?
A:  We cannot issue any refund for lost tickets.  We do suggest that when you receive the tickets, you either write the ticket
     numbers down, or find a copier and copy the ticket serial numbers.  This way, the parks can offer some assistance on
     the tickets that are lost. 
Q:  How do we order the tickets?
A: You may place an order online, or you may call our ticket center at 407-396-9020 or toll-free 877-406-4836, and be sure to tell
    the operator you are requesting RATE CODE TC3, in order to get our discounted price.
. Our office is open from 8:00 a.m. until
    8:30 p.m. EST, seven days a week. If you place your order online, you will receive an automatic email confirmation, followed
    with another email with more details like your FedEx tracking number, map, or other information we may require.
Q. How soon before I arrive in Florida do I have to order my tickets?
A. We request that you order at least 72 hours prior to arrival. However, you may purchase tickets at our office with the exception
    of Advance Purchase Price Walt Disney World Park Hopper Plus Passes. These tickets must be ordered prior to arriving in the
    Central Florida area due to contractual obligations with Walt Disney World. All tickets are subject to availability and prices are
    subject to change. For more information regarding shipping, delivery or pick up, please see below.

Q. I want to order tickets, but I do not have a credit card.  May I use another form of payment?
A. Yes, we do accept other forms of payment. If you are purchasing tickets from our office, you may use cash, traveler's checks,
    debit card, money order, or cashier's check. All Walt Disney World Park Hopper Plus Passes listed at the advanced purchase price
    on our website MUST be ordered and purchased before arriving in Central Florida due to contractual obligations with Walt Disney
    World. All tickets are subject to availability and prices are subject to change.
Q. What are your shipping methods?
A. We offer guests to have tickets delivered to your home or business via USPS only. Currently shipping is free to any Continental US address and tickets would be delivered within 7-10 business days, Monday to Saturday. We ship within the continental United States at this time. Orders placed before 1pm (EST) Monday through Saturday will ship the same day. Signature will be required on all packages. Tickets are shipped to the cardholder billing address only.
Q. How do you deliver tickets to our resort? Do you leave them at the counter?
A. There is a one time delivery fee of $10.00. Provided you are staying within our delivery area, we deliver between 8:00 a.m. and
    5:00 p.m., seven days a week. To protect your investment, we do not leave tickets at the hotel, but deliver to you in person
    within approximately 30-40 minutes once you have arrived and contacted our office. You will be required to show proof of
    identification and the matching credit card used to purchase the tickets. If you arrive after 5:00 p.m., you may call the following
    morning for delivery, or you may pick up your tickets from our office. We are open until 8:30 p.m., seven days a week. Our
    ticket center address is 3148 Vineland Road, Kissimmee, Florida 34746. Please ask us for directions by calling our office

Q. Are you open on holidays?
A. Our office is closed on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day to allow our staff to be with their families. Our office closes at 5pm on Christmas Eve and New's Year Eve. We normally resume regular business hours on January 1st.
Q. I need to cancel my order. Is there a fee?
A. While our terms and conditions are listed on our delivery information page and the order page, please note that we can only
    cancel your order if you have not received your tickets. Tickets shipped, picked up or delivered cannot be cancelled or returned
    due to contractual obligations with the theme parks. If you have not received your tickets, and we have not yet charged your
    account, there will be no fee. If we have fulfilled your order, we will cancel your order per your request and charge a $25.00
    cancellation fee as mentioned in our cancellation policy.
